Everyone's Mixtape
Once upon a time, crafting the perfect playlist was a labor of love — hours spent hunched over a boombox in pursuit of one perfectly proportioned cassette tape's worth of music.
Everyone’s Mixtape takes us back to those glory days. Virtual mixes are restricted to 60, 90, or 120 minutes (fantastically old school), though you can add any song from YouTube, SoundCloud and Vimeo with a simple drag and drop (VERY new school). Just be sure to create an account first so you can save all your mixes!
Add songs to a tape until the site tells you it's full, rearrange the play order for optimal impact and then share it with the world via Facebook and Twitter, or with a single person via email.
Sure, it's not as personal as handing it to them, but it's a heck of a lot more convenient.

Funny TV Commercials
My very good friend, Scott Pond, brought up a funny commercial (which you'll see below) today while we were chatting on Twitter. Now, I have a DVR and normally, I record everything and fast-forward through the commercials. However, there are a select few that I'll not only watch, but I've "Favorited" the vids on YouTube. Our conversation led me to pulling up those videos and sharing them with Scott. After watching them all again and laughing my [bleep] off, I've decided to share them with you.

Bon Jovi’s Viva Vision Show to Premiere New Year’s Eve at Fremont Street Experience
Fremont Street Experience is excited to announce that the premiere of Bon Jovi’s Viva Vision show will be on New Year’s Eve at 10:45 p.m. Bon Jovi’s Cosmic Concert features three songs hand selected by Jon Bon Jovi, “It’s My Life,” “Who Says You Can’t Go Home” and “Livin’ On A Prayer.” Using Jon Bon Jovi’s original concept, the show takes on an otherworldly feel from the start as the band is dropped on to the screen from a spaceship. Continuing with the unearthly images the band performs their iconic songs traveling across the universe all the while morphing and moving effortlessly on the 1,500-foot long and 90-foot wide Viva Vision screen.
